Coordination of Seminars & Custom-made Presentations                                                                                                                         New Amsterdam Trade & Consultancy organizes and coordinates seminars, custom-made presentations and training sessions on behalf of governmental organizations, Municipals, Chambers of Commerce, Industry Associations, and private organizations, focusing on the following topics:

  • Seminars providing general and specific information on procurement opportunities and increasing business with UN and World Bank Group
  • Custom-made presentations – including 1-on-1 business advice – focused on increasing business success in the UN and World Bank Group 
  • General presentations regarding the penetration of the US and EU markets – ranging from general ‘how to’ information to specific industry advice
  • Training and coaching on cross-cultural business conduct

Examples of events that we organized and coordinated are:

  • The EU UN-Procurement Seminar (2003, 2005, 2007, 2008). EUPF is an annual seminar for approximately 90 EU-based companies at the United Nations in New York, that aims to provide information regarding procurement opportunities and business conduct with the UN and World Bank
  • The NEXCO UN-Procurement Seminar (2004). NEXCO is a non-profit international trade association, that aims at informing US and Canada based organizations on procurement opportunities with the UN and World Bank Group
  • Custom-made presentations on behalf of trade associations and regional bodies from several different countries (Spain, Portugal, Poland, Germany, Denmark, Ireland, Netherlands) to selected groups of companies on UN procurement
  • Custom-made presentations on behalf of trade associations and regional bodies to selected groups of companies on entering specific US industries
