Primary Representation

Primary representation services:
• Provide an overview of all identified relevant procurement notices (weekly)
• Provide a detailed network status document with relevant contact persons 
• Request and schedule meetings with relevant contact persons in New York City or Washington DC
• If needed New Amsterdam will use its network to assist with finding potential business partners

Pro-Active Representation
Pro-active representation also includes services to assist the company with vendor registration, creating and obtaining leads, writing and preparing proposals/bids, and contract negotiation. We will perform visits to the UN organizations in New York and to the World Bank Group organizations on your behalf. Once a contract has been awarded, we can provide assistance regarding negotiations, contract performance, invoicing, and collecting of payments.
