United Nations and World Bank projects

• Positioning a multinational quality assurance & inspection company in the UN and World Bank Group market

• Conducting extensive market research and network building with the UN and World Bank Group for a large Dutch  education, ICT and knowledge management company

• Organizing the annual EU UN-Procurement Seminar (www.eupf.org). This 3 day seminar provides participants (over 100 companies) with the information and tools to access the UN-market place. The main goal is to advise European-based companies on being successful in doing business with UN organizations

• Custom-made presentations to selected groups of companies on UN procurement, on behalf of trade associations and regional bodies from several different countries (Spain, Portugal, Poland, Germany, Denmark, Ireland, Netherlands, South Korea, The Czech Republic, Greece)

• Coordinator of the Dutch Health Care incoming mission to the US (NY and Washington DC (April 2010). Set up entire program including matchmaking activities , workshops with United Nations, NGOs and World Bank Group staff

US Market Projects

• Pied-a-Terre services and representation of a portfolio of Dutch clients in the US market- creating visibility in the market- creating visibility in the market without the physical presence of the company, acting on behalf of the company

• Sourcing in the US, New Amsterdam provides strategic sourcing advice, and executes sourcing activities through its network of manufacturers, consolidate shipments, warehouse, handle export packaging etc.

• Custom-made presentations to selected groups of companies on entering specific US industries, on behalf of trade associations and regional bodies

• Mapping and developing market opportunities, clients, competitors and supply chain in North America for a large Dutch Seaport
